At Blvck Vein, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.
 

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• The item must be in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required
   

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items

• Accessories (for hygiene and safety reasons)
   

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
 

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
